Dan Berrey CCIM, Designated Broker

Dan Berrey is past State Director for the Oregon Board of Realtors, the 1992 local Board President, and Executive Officer for the Salem Board of Realtors. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Salem and Central Oregon Association of Realtors.

Dan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a graduate of the Realtors Institute. He has served on the Chemeketa Community College Foundation, and as a Director to the Rockwest Foundation.

Since 1982, Dan has spearheaded the formation of multiple Tenancy in Common groups and LLCs— leading them, and acquiring existing or developing new income producing investments.
